THE MASQUERADE’S WEEK DAY BOX OFFICE
The week day box office is located in Kenny’s Alley along with the Heaven, Hell and Purgatory performance spaces. Office hours to purchase tickets are 10:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. Monday – Friday. We accept cash, VISA, and MasterCard for ticket purchases. There is no service charge if you purchase tickets in person at our box office, however keep in mind tickets purchased day of show are subject to day of show prices.
ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL
Refunds will only be issued via point of purchase if the headlining artist cancels. If you purchased your ticket through Ticketmaster a refund will automatically be issued. If you purchased your ticket at our box office, please bring your I.D. along with the credit card used to purchase your tickets.
If you wish to sell your tickets, you may consider using TM+, Ticketmaster’s verified resale program. Visit the Ticketmaster website for more details.
We are not responsible for the validity of tickets purchased through third party aftermarket sites such as StubHub, Vivid Seats, etc. and are unable to assist if there are problems with tickets acquired in this fashion.
GUEST LISTS & PHOTO PASSES
Artist lists and media lists are available at the venue door when doors open. Performing artists must authorize/issue photo passes. We are unable to check ahead of time to see if your name is on a guest list.
