I bought a 2020 ticket, is it valid for 2021?
Yes!
Do I need to show proof of vaccine or a negative test?
You do not need to provide proof, but both the bands and us will expect you to do the right thing and be vaccinated or take a negative test on your own.
Do I need to wear a mask?
We strongly encourage both vaccines and masks. Masks will be available for free for anyone who wants one.
Where should I park?
You should park in the Underground Deck A or Deck B like you would for any Masquerade show.
Deck A: 75 Martin Luther King Jr Dr SW, Atlanta, GA 30303.
Deck B: 105 Martin Luther King Jr Dr SW, Atlanta, GA 30303.
Peachtree Deck: 1 Wall St SW, Atlanta, GA 30303.
You can also take MARTA to 5 Points station downtown.

Where is the entrance?
The festival entrance is at the intersection of Pryor St. and Upper Alabama. Exit the parking garages onto Pryor St. and head North to the gate.
Can I bring a re-usable water bottle?
Yes, an empty re-usable water bottle is allowed
Can my reusable empty water bottle be glass?
No. Plastic or stainless steel only.
Will there be a water station to fill my bottle?
Yes
What is the bag policy?
NO BACKPACKS OF ANY KIND. This includes NO DRAWSTRING BAGS and NO MINI BACKPACKS.

What items are prohibited?
The following are not permitted: no illegal substances, no outside food or beverages, no umbrellas, no Sharpies/markers/paint pens, no items that can be considered or are weapons (including mace or pepper spray), no professional cameras unless approved by Artists or their management, no drawstring/backpacks/Camelbaks, or large bags.
Can I bring my professional camera?
No cameras with detachable lenses are permitted unless the festival has issued you a media pass
Can I bring sunscreen?
A small liquid sunscreen is allowed. No aerosols.
What does my VIP ticket include?
VIP includes a VIP viewing area, a private cash bar with special cocktails, a commemorative SSF laminate, and a VIP entry line into the festival grounds
Where do I get my VIP Laminate?
Your laminate will be available for pick up at the Box Office tent
Is there re-entry?
There is no re-entry
Will there be shade?
There will be a building with shade and AC if you need to take a break
Will there be food? Vegan options?
There will be a variety of food trucks at the festival

Yes, please see the above site map. Also, any staff member can assist you in finding it.
Can I line up early?
We encourage you to not line up before noon.
