In the mid-90’s, police forces all over the United States were trying to clean up their image, with television shows like COPS shining a spotlight on the men and women of law enforcement, they needed a few sacrificial lambs to show the public that the rumors of brutality and corruption were all due to a few “bad apples”. After being kicked off the force, these ex-cops weren’t willing to give up the power and free confiscated drugs that the uniform afforded them, so they strapped on their riot batons and hit the heavy metal stage, violently!
