Cloe Wilder is a unique artist who emerged into teenagehood with a distinctive vision, complete with earthy melodies, a breathy vocal tone and nostalgic storytelling. Comparable to a Floridian young Taylor Swift, the 17-year-old’s witty but intimate lyrics depict the type of dream-like recollections of place, home and internal feelings you want to live inside forever. The bare bones of the folk pop-leaning songs like ”Super 8″ and “House by the Water ” have been influenced by Bon Iver but Cloe’s overall world is holistically inspired by one of her favorite artists, Lana Del Rey.
