Kirk Knight’s production has powered much of the Pro Era movement, as the Brooklyn native has been making music since his teens. With high profile credits for production on Joey Bada$$’sB4.Da.$$ and ALL AMERIKKKAN BADA$$, Kirk cemented himself as an artist with serious duality when he produced and rapped on each track from his debut album Late Knight Special in 2015.
Despite being one of the newer Pro Era members, Nyck Caution has established himself as an integral part of the crew through pure lyrical ability. Having met Capital STEEZ in high school, it wasn’t until Nyck witnessed the impact of 1999 firsthand that he started to focus on hip hop as a viable career choice and dropped out of Brooklyn College. Nyck released his debut tape Disguise the Limit in February of 2016, and was recently featured on Joey Bada$$’s ALL AMERIKKKAN BADA$$.
Kirk and Nyck have combined the aspects of their individual artistry that most complement each other’s style to create a product whose whole is greater than the sum of its parts: Nyck @ Knight.
