Sydni Cook is a 19-year-old Atlanta-based singer-songwriter. She’s been writing music since she was a little kid, and she’s been playing shows independently since she was 12. She is influenced by a wide range of artists and genres, she loves blues, old soul music, funk, jazz, reggae, and so much more. Her music writing style is versatile and unique, the genre she plays has been described as ‘psychedelic soul’. Sydni is also an excellent musician, she plays both guitar and piano.
Sydni Cook started her own funk band ‘Pharr’ in 2018, later went solo, and started interning at Icon Studios in Atlanta. In 2020 she got picked up by BNDWTH Studios, also in Atlanta. She recorded her first project ‘Revolution Tapes’ at BNDWTH Studios, during covid and her first semester of college.
Sydni Cook believes in kindness, honesty, and equality, she wants to preach these morals and good vibrations through her music.
