Neila, is an introspective extrovert who hails from South Florida with her spaceship currently stationed in Atlanta, Georgia. There is so much to uncover about this world bending artist but we can start with her name. Neila is alien spelled backwards. Infusing her corky and relate-able mix of R&B and Pop, a new age genre of R&Pop, Neila wants her audience to feel supported, seen and empowered. The singer/songwriter writes songs for all the neon green crayons in a box full of grey ones. With influences ranging from artist like Frank Ocean to icons like Janet Jackson, Neila reaches undiscovered planets. Neila creates the soundtrack for journeys of self love, as heard in her song “That Bitch”, self acceptance, confidence, independence and what it feels like to walk through life with a little extra glitter running through your veins.
