Founded in 2011, the octet known as Ye Flask has been breaking ground all around Georgia and Florida with their mash up of Alternative, Ska, Punk, and indie rock. Featuring vocalist/guitarist Andrew Lawson, vocalist/saxophone player Sean McFarland, Bassist Rachell Ednie, guitarist Miles Burgess, Trombonist Tracy Michaels, Baritone Saxophonist Tiggs Tomlison, Trumpet player Jake Scott, and Drummer Tim Phillips, are often cramped on often too small of a stage to handle this many musicians. However, small stages and cramped basements have never stopped them from putting tight, loud, fun, and extremely energetic live.
Their debut album “Daydreams and Nightmares” is expected to release in late 2014. After years of writing, recording, rewriting and rerecording these songs, the guys and lady of Ye Flask are eager to have a full album under their belt. Ye Flask never fails to stand out at a show, whether at a house, bar, or venue. When the sharp cries of frenzied horns and the weeping riffs of guitarmony enter your brain you’ll know for sure that work of art you just heard is none other than YE FLASK.
